| And Musa chose seventy men of his people for Our promised appointment, then when earthquake overtookthem, Musa submitted, 'O my Lord, had You wished, then You would have destroyed them and me before. Willyou kill us for what our foolish ones have done'? That is not but your test, whereby you, cause astray whomyou will, and guide whom you will. You are our Protector, You forgive us and have mercy upon us, and you arethe best of the forgivers. |
