| 'O believers! The evidence among yourselves when death approaches any of you at the time of making a will isof two jut persons from among you or two of the others, when you be on journey in the land, and the calamityof death befall you, Detain them both after prayer, they should swear by Allah if you are in any doubt, that weshall not purchase any wealth in exchange of the oath, even though he may be a near relation, and will nothide the testimony of Allah if we do so, we are surely among the sinners. |
